Very simple. =) First u have two Q's one is sticky with the card number 3. When u put Q inside in the deck, its ok. When u take the card number 3, the Q is behind the 3. When u show the card number 3, u turn the card and the card number 3 is safe and the another Q go to ripped and go to hand to your partner.
