  • this lady is your back's enemy-ignore her

    the exercise proposed will damage your back which you do not want-forget it

  • She's extending the back too much,it will cause compression,giving more back pain.

  • question? how often should i do these excersises and stretches?? should i do them everyday or everyother day or afew times a day??? please answer whenevr you get a chance and thanks!!

  • this is the WORST exercise. enough compression to fracture a lumber spine!!!

  • @patioelf do you do any kind of exercise, if so how much?

    I have alot of lower back pain from bad posture when i was younger, and I find the best things to relieve it is swimming, deadlifts, squats, and gymnastics. go figure :) hope this helps

  • I have lower back problems. I'm 5 foot 7 and around 135 lbs. Good posture. Yet sometimes I wake up with low back problems, this video almost caused me to go see the chiropractor. It HURT my lower back to do it. It's fine to use for strengthening if you don't already have lower back pain . Expert Village? not.............
