Occupy Wall Street - Presidential Elections: The "None of the Above" Option

When people go to the polls to vote, often they have two bad candidates and there's a gun to their heads to pick one. The lesser of two evils, is still evil. What we needs is "None of the Above" as a choice. Then we can express our malcontent with the two choices and when that box tallies more votes than either of the candidate, nobody wins; the seat is left vacant
