@benboldt1 Likely the soundcard is AC coupled, which makes the average DC level float around... Need a better output device to stop it from floating around.

I think you have your scope on AC mode instead of DC. AC mode wants to always remove any DC offset to center the raster for you. I think this is why your image floats around.

Cool, How did you get it to create words. The only thing I can create on a HAMEG are lissajous patterns.

Hb garnicht gewusst das man so schöne Bilder auf nem Oszi abbilden kann. Geht das einfach so über die PC-Soundkarte???? Gibts für sowas ne eigene Software oder muss man sich dafür selber ne Schaltung zusammenbasteln??????

Aber nanu?! Die rechteckige Begrenzung der Anzeige kenn ich doch... :-)
Wenn man den Wave-Audio- und den Summen-Pegel der Soundkarte auf ca. 50% herunterregelt, vermeidet man, daß die Soundkarte beim Youscope-Demo in die Amplituden-Begrenzung gerät ;-)
