Plot: Martial arts stunner DEATH RIVALS OF SHAOLIN depicts a violent struggle for power within Shanghai's seedy, violent underworld. Two Kung Fu experts, Ki Tin and Lam San Ti, pool their resources to form a prominent and deadly gang that deals in drugs and prostitution. Government agent Li is sent to Shanghai from Nanking specifically to investigate the activities of this growing group of mobsters and discovers they are planning to infiltrate and attack on military forces stationed at Wah Nam. Li decides to take matters into his own hands and personally challenges Ki Tin to a duel. Intensely fierce martial arts battles kick up the action into a high stakes quest for survival.
