Israeli Navy New Optical System

The Israeli Navy has procured new, advanced optical systems that will enable its vessels to spot and identify suspicious boats and their passengers at great distances. The system will cut down on the number of incidents in which fisherman are mistakenly identified as terrorists off the Gaza coast.

@HungryFalcon Most of the US optics are made by Elbit(Or the states registered front "Elbit Systems of America") EloP or the Optics division if IAI, actually very high portion of the sensors and targeting systems are made in Israel, or licensed to companies such as raytheon and northrop. I.E the F22/F35 see track shoot helmets, RCWS/OWS, LITENING targeting pod and most of the Xband radars and SAR sensors in use by the US armed forces.
