Her whole company is a joke. I mean she is never in stock, have to wait a certain date & time to purchase. There has been plenty of ladies who wanted & waited to purchase some of her hair for months & can never seem to get their hands on it. She need 2 change up somethings because how in the hell u want customers 2 buy your hair & never have any in stock. It's beautiful hair but not worth the fight. Customer service and staying in stock is a plus for me & I'm not getting that from Genesis
