Michael Joseph Jackson's This Is It from the This Is It soundtrack and movie.
If it sounds familiar, Latin Hip-Hop singer Safire recorded a record with similar lyrics and melody because it was written for her by Paul Anka and Michael.
"This Is It" was co-written and recorded in 1983 with singer-songwriter Paul Anka. Jackson became busy with his "Thriiler" album and never finished the duet recording that was intended for Anka's "Walk a Fine Line" album. Anka is heard playing the piano on the song and producers finished completing it. Backing vocals are from the Jackson brothers and orchestration were added to the track.
There are two versions: the original with just Michael and Anka. The other is this one which is the orchestral version.
