hate to break it to you people. the only way to get abs is lots of EXPLOSIVE cardio and DIEATING.... You don't have to do core exercises, because there is fat covering your abs , so don't work them out unless you want a bigger stomach . the key is to burn fat(when you see you core) then do some core exercises to build them up. thumbs up so every one can see!!!!!
