TTR 125 / YZ 125 Jumping

A few clips from our secret hidden track, it's about a 2 minute lap. My first year riding just upgraded from that TTR to the KTM 400 you see at the end of the video. Looooooove it. GO KTM

everyone says yzs are better but i dont rlly see a difference in this vid

@kitward24 they are better, the guy on the YZ is takin it easy because the jumps are small. The TTR on the other hand is going full pin just to clear the jumps.

i have rode both bikes and i own a ttr 125. if your looking for speed the yz is your bike, but for trails and reliability the ttr is way better. just my opinion though.

@tsvidkid Riding any motocross bike hard will cause strain on it about every 40 hours you have to do a top end on a yz but its performance is much greater then the ttr. if you wanted to trail ride a yz you could and it would do just as well as a yz if not better.. there is a reason the yz is $4000 dollars more. The ttr is a great bike if all your doing is trail riding but thats all it can do you can race with it on the same scale as the yz

@hotblume cheaper in price yes, but in quality no. The YZ has cheaper imported parts. If you ride a YZ hard, chances are good something on your bike is going to have too much strain and break. But a TT-R is made for rough trails, just like all four stroke bikes. So the parts are more..hmm..'rugged' i guess you could say.

@tsvidkid lol your forgot to mention the yz is way taller. I would say both are reliable if your trail riding. The difference is the YZ can be ridden alot harder but the ttr not so much. The ttr is much cheaper in fact its about 4000 cheaper so there is a big difference

@kitward24 Also the ttr is a 4 stroke trail bike and the yz is a 2 stroke motocross bike in other words the ttris a heavy gutless turd and the yz is a light fram bike that screams like a raped ape.

people underestimate ttrs they are very good bikes even though they are trails. mine gets me around the track pretty quick and i have never had a problem with it. It does every thing you need it to. I do understand yz are better but if you rode a ttr you would love it!
