Thornbury Winemaker Si Fell introduces the new release Thornbury Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2011.
The grapes for this wine were all de-stemmed and gently pressed by ultra modern winemaking techniques. The juice was cool fermented with selected yeast strains to express the delightful, pure varietal flavours of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Aided by some time on lees helped further enrich the weight of the palate and add texture to the wine.
