I'm really disappointed to know that all the ingredients are sustainably harvested. I was kind of hoping that I'd be able to brag to my grandchildren about all the cool stuff I got to eat that isn't available to them.... Oh well.

Wow.. that looks amazing! I was afraid you'd be steaming the scallops rather then searing and getting a nice crust. but the salt block really draws the moisture out... Excellent video!
