Camper Van

Camper Cat used as a camper-trailer has the unique situation where the entire Camper Van is almost 1 metre off the ground.

This has many positive aspects.
1 Minimal set up issues with poles and anchor giving QUICK entry

2 Inside stays clean.

3 Stops creepy crawlies getting in.

4 a nice breeze and a view.

5 The deck at the front makes for a relaxing place to read, hangout and... Of course, cocktail hour !!!

To set up the Van, simply find a flat spot, chock the wheels, lower the sides, pull down the legs, air up the tent and lounges, and wheel the kitchen into place and you are set.

On the banks of a river, lake, beach, off the beaten track or caravan park, Camper Cat offers an easy alternative.

The Cabin

Camper Cat boasts the "New Age" inflatable tent. Gone are the days where you struggle with unpacking your tent, putting all the poles together, pegging it out, erecting the structure, putting on the fly and guy ropes, We've all done THAT.........................., and I'm yet to find anyone who enjoys it !!!

Simply start up the generator, plug in the inflater, and 3 minutes later, it's up and done!!!.

Made from industrial strength re-enforced PVC, Camper Cats tents are stronger than modern day pole style tents.

Aerodynamically designed to have a gentle (give) when the wind blows hard. Camper Cat tents hold up much better than dome tents in strong winds. This flex also allows the boat to stay on course during difficult and windy days.

With 2 huge doors and 2 long windows, all fly screened ,on hot days our tents can be opened right up to allow a lot of airflow, or
when the weather snarls a little Zipped shut with the covers to be air tight, keeping all the elements outside.

Our tents can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Interior

Camper Cat boasts a whopping internal area, Length 4 m Width 3.6 m x 2.5m height. More than enough room to sleep 4 with all the furniture inside.

As part of our package, we can supply 2 Heavy duty inflatable lounge beds. They can stay as singles, or lay down as doubles. You can even float around on the water on them. Very comfortable, and fold away to a small package.

We have plans for a folding table, compact kitchen and a storage box, so all the necessities are neatly out of the way.

Really !!! You can design your own interior and furnish your Camper Cat. Any way you desire.

We have found minimal living makes for an uncluttered, functional product.

Pontoons

We built more than 8 prototypes, tested them in many conditions and these incredibly strong and durable pontoons passed every standard.

Designed to slip easily through the water, yet take harsh punishment, our pontoons are simply the best available.

Along the entire bottom is a wide and re-enforced thick strip of PVC-channelling to protect your pontoons against rock and sand abrasions.

8 mesh straps and clips hold the pontoons securely to the deck.

Made of extremely durable 28 ounce re- enforced PVC. We can supply pontoons of any size up to 10 metres

Camper Cat Pontoons have 5 airtight chambers. If by chance an extreme and unfortunate contact event causes a puncture even in multiple cells.........this cat will not sink. Designer Greg Hood says: " I, personally, have never punctured a pontoon. I have hit rocks, reefs, docks and just bounced off. Not saying I am a bad helmsman but ....Oysters, barnacles...it would have to be something planned to pierce these things!!"

Inflatable water craft have come a long way in recent years. They are used by the Navy of many countries, surf rescue, high speed off-shore racing, white water rafting and have become first choice for many boat owners as their tenders and support craft.

The incredible thing about our pontoons is the ability to fold up and pack away but most amazing is the amount of weight they can carry. Being so, they float in very little water and can go to destinations a lot of boats can not.

Summary

Boats are not meant to hit things. However nothing is indestructible. Boats do get hulled. (Hole in the hull) In a rigid boat, if hulled, water streams in and usually the boat sinks, or takes in water to the point it has to be rescued,

With our pontoons, if you do hole the pontoons, air will escape. BUT just from the chamber holed (pushing air out) with no water rushing in. Being close to shore, you will have time to get to dry land to make a repair. You'll be on your way in no time. You can't do that with a rigid boat.

  • stupid video

  • Very good for the current Australian floods.

  • I would not want to be in this thing if a heavy wind were to come up with some chop. I fear the thing will simply go airborne on me and flip over. Not safe.

  • Smoking on an inflatable boat with inflatable furniture doesn't strike me as being very prudent.

  • your a stupid fat ass go kill yourself

  • How much is shipping to Brisbane or Melbourne?

  • HOW MUCH?

  • where do i find this camper? there is no proper info?! send me a link please
