I have had items stolen from me, my feedback slandered, huge profit losses, and NO help from the imaginary eBay "help" groups. eBay is in serious trouble, but you fail to mention a better solution! There is a petition for sellers and stock holders to demand that the CEO Donohoe leave! People need to know it is there! e-mail me for the address!

an eBay representative told me we don't give our number out because stupid people wont read and will call us non stop and they don't have time for it what type of customer service is that bull and that number i once called is now disconnected

I had the same problem as JeremysVideos. I came accross a seller who never sent the item. I opened dispute with Paypal & a month later with no repsonse from him I won.
Then he leaves me neg feedback. Ebay state they could not help. I could mutually withdraw but, by doing this he would also have his withdrawn. Where is the justice?
I was once proud of my 100% positive feedback both as seller&buyer. Now I have this black mark. Im boycotting EBAY!
