Sorry i meant its not about size its about health
Have a lot of fruits and vegitables and a lot of water
Everything else except for processed food, stay away from them
And only have junk once in a while
Your too young to diet it could be dangerous for you
So as long as your healthy and get 30 mins of execise (not excessive) like walking or sports everyday
And you'll be fine

But of course it not about what we think
About about you being comfortable with yourself
Your still young so your lucky you can prevent yourself from being too out of control so its a great thing that you are aware now
Also its always about size, if your healthy thats all that matter
But really for the perfect weight
Stay away from junk as much as you can but without cutting it out completely because eating everything in moderation is fine

That's awesome! Twenty-two pounds is a lot of weight...in addition to getting healthier you also get to buy new clothes (that's my favourite part).
It's so weird how making minor adjustments to your diet can make such a huge difference. I recently became a vegetarian and lost 60 pounds as a result. And I don't miss any of the foods I used to eat.
