Drew was surrendered to Golden Beginnings Golden Retriever Rescue with a severe neurological infection. The infection had already caused permanent damage to his rear legs, and it was feared he would be paralyzed at the least if he even survived the infection. He was a fighter, however, and with some wonderful medical care by Fry Road Animal Clinic and Dr. Robin Robinett and the staff at Veterinary Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic, he overcame the infection and learned to walk (and run!) again. He was adopted and now lives happily in his forever home.
