Ollie reacts to dog barking across street.AVI

As you can see, O.was moseying around the back yard when dog across street began barking -- this is an example of his 'issues' re other dogs. However, I don't know how he has progressed while being boarded and around other dogs. But do assume that he may go after another dog until/unless you know otherwise. Likely the fence and the leash and behind-the-front door can be entirely different issues that meeting in the back yard, like Ollie and Henry did. And Henry is Mr. #2, never an aggressor, always gives way to the other dog, so he's not a test of general situations.
