I would like to thank all my subscribers & friends. It is a true pleasure to share Aikido with everyone. I have made some very good friends here and I value each and everyone of you guys. I look forward to getting to know my new subscribers & friends. Just drop me a note on here and I will get back to you as time allows. Keep training everyone and my best to you, your families, and teachers. God bless and keep you all. Thank you, Robert Lara Sensei

  • Love the flute music with this video . which just reminded me I have a flute class to teach on paltalk chat lol peace be back laters loving your videos much ty and peace .

  • Thanks again Keyskamama, Have a good time teaching the flute! All the best my friend.

  • Often, it seems that people sacrifice control for speed or vice versa. You, however, seem to retain so much control yet be able to move quickly (with speed in reserve). It goes to show how talented you are.

I'm still at the point where I'm sacrificing speed for control. I'm very conscientious which I fear is harming my aikido.

I'm not a great aikidoka yet, but I'm on the path and I'm enjoying it. : )

  • Thank you for your kind words. Just go with the flow and your Aikido will bloom like a flower. It is nice to talk to another Aikidoka. My best to you and your Sensei. Peace!

  • suabe el video

  • One of the better videos of Aikido I've seen. Straight forward video with no boring annoying music or animations that take up to much energy to watch.

  • the music is cool!.

  • Very good. These are part of Ki Aikido and they work. Tohei Sensei made these rules after his training with O' Sensei and tempu nakamura. So they we could learn and be able to do the Aikido O'sensei did. Rules to live by I feel. My best to you and your teacher & Dojo. Peace!

  • Oddly enough, that's exactly the four points my instructor made at our last class: 1.Keep one point 2.Relax Completely 3.Keep Weight underside 4.Extend Ki.

I'm still struggling to use less force and use my one point a bit more. I'm getting there slowly.
