@48pfc The Empire Builder is Amtrak's most "popular" train. In terms of long distance train. This train stay packed. As far as the most scenic it's probably California Zephyr or Coaststar Light. But to be honest most of Amtrak routes are very scenic.

Amtrak needs to look at the VIA Rail ads...the visuals, the music, the narration..all are top notch. Amtrak has a lot of great visuals to work with...but the ad needs to make you want to take a ride on these trains...

@trooper40below - If the narrator used just a little more emotion, and a little more "everyday" speech it would have worked. I have to listen to stuff like this a lot, after a while it gets to me... :D

@klingoncelt It wasn't that bad. I thought it was very informative. I thought they showed some nice scenery but could there be more? Perhaps. I'm with you on the train interior part. I thought they could have shown more of that.

Very dry and boring delivery. Show more scenery and train interior, use a captioned voice-over.
