The actual Bill Simonson "HUGE" has a voice that sounds much deeper. His raspy voice comes from deep in his throat. His cadence is very similar to the long gone Howard Cosell.

This impression sounds just like David Letterman.

You need Frank Caliendo to help clarify the impersonation.
