@SolidEcho news channels are not the source to find out how much crime is taking place in the city but police reports. and many donn't even go to police so all crime that takes place get covered up like that too so your right. statistically means how many people and how many reported crime incedents. which makes staistically saskatoon number one city in canada for most crime. but i know more crime take place in toronto then this small city saskatoon where i be for not safty but affordable

Well I've lived in Toronto all my life and I've seen a lot of crazy things but we have statistically low crime ratings. But maybe something can be said about how there's talk that a lot of crimes get covered up and don't make it to the news channels.
