My guess is that the perp or perps stay away from states like wyoming , idaho or montana because they want to blend in so they go to states with a higher population base.

The FBI should think about this more clearly people dont get drunk then decide to go wall threw the woods to jump in to a river... I have a strong suspicion a man name Brain Shaffer is also a victim and he vanished it just happens their was a lake not far off and their was one exit not guarded by a camera. The river also tends to hide bodys as they break down they tend to get eated by fish and then torn in to pieces by rocks. So some murders don't even come to light they just vanish.

i live in e.c and a 22 year old was just found in the river yesterday, makes like 5 for eau claire, all drunk, coming home from bars, found in river, 1 guys hat was found on a porch, he hid in a bush called his bro n said "there after him" then he was found in river a week later, it may be some real shit.

This is ridiculous. These yahoo's are going to have a self-fulfilling prophecy on their hands. Watch their be copy-cat crimes of things that were never crimes before, but some outlandish theory. Then, naturally, all of them will be attributed to the Smiley Face Killers, when in reality, they created them.
