  • I have a powerful virus that cannot be deleted. I cant open command prompt or any anti virus application. Before this, I have remove those infected files in local disk c. Then I cant opening any windows application. Can someone help me?

  • @WMVideos20 It seems that core files of OS are corrupted/infected, hijackthis or process explorer ain't going to help you, you better format your C: drive and clean install again, after installation finishes, quickly install good antivirus before doing any further step. that's only you can do now.

  • will it delete my files if I do this? please help me. I have alot of important files on my pen drive and I dont wanna lose them.

  • @christianfaithgrm It won't delete any of your file. do not double click USB Flash Drive letter,

right click and select explore,, open autorun.inf by double-clicking it. and look for the line "OPEN=" and you can see yourself what it will be going to do delete that file or folder following by "OPEN="
