Great tip: If you turn the volume off on your videos so we don't have to listen to you spout off conjecture, there are actually some really nice shots of families and the city, etc. Watching your videos with the sound off is like watching a montage of how great and diverse L.A. is.

Ralph besides illegals overcrowding our jails, their offspring have added to the number of BROWN inmates and visitors. It is not a matter of region or economic stanadards in California.
