I've actually read from reliable sources that that's a myth. Cream Shibas are discouraged because it hides the distinctive white "urajiro" on their undersides, a signature of the breed. They are in no way inferior to any other color Shiba.

My dog does the same when he wants something of me, and if it doesnt work he comes and start pushing at me with his nose...
They got such awesome personalities, I cant immagine living a life without a shiba...
