Thanks! I found out the hard way that my foot was dragging. Apparently, the rug running along the floor of a gas station mart was running with me. lol

Are you at risk for pressure wounds with that belt around your feet? Could you also use it on thinner material shoes? By the way Gael, I got my first wheelchair, last time we spoke I was still walking all the time, now I use the wheelchair for outdoor activities, so your advises became helpful to me now, not only to my patients.

yes, the foot drag is definitely more of a problem outdoors on rugged terrains because the feet bounce out of the footplate. always be careful not to tighten it too much and cause pressure sores.
