Spoken part: it's actually gibberish+french. They're saying nonsense stuff like "Ici c'est la police autour d'ici on regarde les chaussures intérieures" (Police speakin' we're around here, checking the inner shoes) and "On est à San Fransisco" (We're in San Francisco) then somme gibberish, nonsense english, then french words and french names like "Alain Delon". Doesn't make any sense.
