Hardy is an LTS. LTS releases don't upgrade by default until another LTS release is available. Check the Ubuntu website for instructions.

You can update it, actually.
It isn't entirely efficient to do so at the moment, but it's hardly impossible.

Hardy edition does not work on mini 10. Unable to update and load packages.

Yeah, just make sure you have the proper wireless drivers. Wired should work right out of the box.

where can I get this distribution?
I uninstalled the version trying to upgrade it. It didn't work out very well and I need to go back to this version.

Does anyone in here have a download link?
