  • I am glad to hear you say that! I actually don't train my arms hardly at all. I hate bicep training surprisingly. I think the arms are part genetics and part smart application or training protocols and simply decades of big lifts like chins, pulls, overheads and bench pressing. Impressive Sierra688

  • Very nice. I can really see the results of powerlifting in your arms and glutes. People don't realize that the way to thick arms does not involve either curls or dumbbell kickbacks.
