Rio's first ever trial! I was happy with her overall. Definately not as fast as she has been running at home, but my biggest fear was that she'd just shut down, which she didn't. She got several Qs and a bunch of ribbons (it was a pretty small trial though).
Saturday--
NovB Std--first run ever....she ran past the chute because I did. I must remember to actually indicate to the baby dog which obstacles I would like her to take! Q and 1st.
NovB JWW--this was the best run of the weekend I think. Q and 1st.
NovB FAST--I shouldn't have entered her in FAST to begin with, plus it was the end of a long, long day for her and I had a killer headache...not a good combination. She did eventually get the send bonus though. Q and 2nd.
Sunday--
NovB Std--Okay run....I need to be better about both indicating and enforcing the contact behavior on the A-frame. Q and 1st.
NovB JWW--weaves seemed slow for some reason (she was tired by the end of the weekend) and you can see her almost stop and look at Todd and the camera, but she did it. Q and 1st.
Not to bad overall--could have been a lot worse.
