@impatientwithdesire I love her hair longer. It gives her this kind of young and wild look, it's gorgeous. It's like the ultimate bedroom hair.

@brownsuga395 I think it depends on how severe the damage is.

I have been using the FHI Heat Runway flat iron for the past 4 years, and I have ZERO heat damage. I also haven't had any trims or anything. I flat iron every 2 weeks when I shampoo and condition. I think you should check it out. It's the BEST flat iron out there.

Taryn, you are cracking me up..... But you're completely right as far as, you are what you think.... That's a documented fact. So I hate that you had to cut your hair. I saw your hair after the Deva Cut. LOVED IT! It rocked.... It's also lovely with the cut. Just stay with what you're doing with the new cut and let it grow. I'll keep up with your length measuring. :-)

Leobody has a different hair texture than yours Taren. Yours is more coiled and leo's is more wavy which is why it hangs lower on her. Keep that in mind as well as you try to grow it.
@eraser4ever
actually heat damage is irreversible.. its like perming your hair with heat, it permanently changes the structure of the hair.
she would need to cut off those damaged ends in order to have with healthy hair.
