Slide Acoustic - Goo Goo Dolls Cover

Here's our Acoustic Cover of Goo Goo Dolls "Slide" off their 1998 CD "Dizzy Up the Girl". Johnny Rzeznik has a knack for writing catchy, acoustic love-songs ( "Black Balloon", "Broadway", "Iris", "Here is Gone", "Sympathy", and "Name" are all A+'s in my book)....and "Slide" is no different.

Neither Paul (the guy with the heart-melting voice) nor I ever owned a Goo Goo Dolls CD, so most of the song order is being played from our memory....and we mess up occasionally. I only have an unplugged version of the song, so I'm that didn't help things.

If you're looking for the chords/tab, I'm using a text file that I downloaded 5 yrs ago. You should probably use this one: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/g/goo_goo_dolls/slide_acoustic_tab.htm. I think it's more accurate that what I'm playing.
