Very, very cool ~ Love your hula hooping in silhouette by the beach at sunset. There is a girl I met recently who can do this, too, and she is so limber. Great idea! (I can do basic hula hooping but the next day my stomach feels a little funny. Guess I'm not built the way I once was as a teenager.)

@jenny02beck Not always, but I have several students who have lost weight from hooping, some as much as 40 pounds.
