Dell offered a Philips 32" HDTV on the 'TV Deal of the Week' but, due to their pricing error, reneged on the deal. Strangely enough, they paid a courier to ship an empty box to me but they never honored the price on the HDTV. Dell can't hide behind their website disclaimer anymore. The error was made by Dell and they should go through with the deal that was posted on their website. Watch the video and see if you agree.

  • I believe you. I am also experiencing problems with dell Dell is one of those companies that believe they can do whatever they want.

  • Dell is the last company i would go for ,

Samsung , HP,Toshiba <-- all very decent good brands for windows and there are probably more ! Dell needs to sort them selves out

  • Yea I agree that dell sucks because my family bought an Alienware computer and they kept delaying it for 3 weeks. So we bought our own custom computer. So we never ever are going to buy from dell. Ever EVER EVER AGAIN

  • Preach it brother! Dell sucks ass!

  • My sister purchased a Dell Inspiron 1545 last year and right from the get go it had problems with the hardware.

  • They don't stand by there warrentys neither! I went to Hp so far great!

  • GO TOSHIBA!

  • spawn of the dell... wouldn't let my money near the stuff.

  • sue them D:

  • Their websites sucks to navigate around. It sucks to try to contact anyone there. Michael Dell is just a puppet they put up as a show. I live in Austin. I spit out the car window when I pass by the Dell factory.

When Dell built their factory they promised to hire local workers because local politicians gave them tax breaks, but now all they do is source everything out to overseas companies.

I do not buy anything Dell.

You should not buy dell either.
