Do they make this lag to the point of multiple buffering sessions on purpose?
Yes, web 2.0 is quite old now and Web 3.0 is more relevant, but guess what...most of the features of 2.0 are here for quite some time... we still have people who are very email centric and are barely getting the features of old.
