I was getting frustrated in not being able to find a sample of this version of the song to share with others, so I decided to make my own. I took it from their Walking on a Wire CD, set it to the album cover, and put in the lyrics. A couple notes:
1. My purpose was to get the song up to not only share a great song, but to bring attention to Lowen & Navarro as a singing/songwriting duo. They wrote a lot of fantastic songs, many of which I grew up on. Unfortunately, Eric Lowen was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) 5 years ago and is no longer able to sing and play, but Dan Navarro still continues with his solo career. And yes, he's the cousin of Dave Navarro from Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jane's Addiction.
2. Yeah, yeah - it's different from Pat Benatar's version. Considering these guys wrote it, I think they're able to take some liberties. Both versions are good, but I like this one more.
3. The editing isn't great, but I wasn't trying to be too creative (mostly because I'm not). I just wanted to get the song uploaded. The subtitles creep to the right, since the background decided to drift over. That's what I get for being a movie editing n00b and using movie making software for dummies (i.e., Windows Movie Maker).
As for the Spanish lyrics, I'm not a native speaker, but here's my rough translation (update: with corrections from @Jiniaz - thanks!):
In case you don't know
I assure you it's true
Affection that is sincere
It's not extinguished by cruelty
You forget what we were
And reject it instead
But while together, we pretended
That the moon was made of honey
Next to you, next to you
Is all I yearn
Next to you, like a ray of light
That the sky has sprouted
The prospects don't matter, if suffering
It's my sad destiny
Next to you, next to you
Until the end of the path
I think I took some liberties with the translation (it's a song, so I chose words that sounded semi-poetic), but if a more proficient speaker has a better one, please post. The lyrics/tabs I took it from didn't have any accenture and I think a few of the words may be incorrect (juntitos vs. juntidos). It sounds nicer in Spanish anyhow. Enjoy!

@majaterry It's on two of the Samplers, if you're still looking. Volume 4 was released in 1992, and also on the Volume 20 (20th Anniversary) which was released in 2008. If I'm not mistaken, it's the only song to appear on more than one Sampler. If you're not from Minneapolis, that doesn't mean much, but it's a pretty big deal when over 400 songs have appeared by the world's biggest artists. Look up "Cities 97 Sampler" on Wikipedia and you'll see what I mean...

Which Cities 97 Sampler is this song on?

There is a stellar version of L&N singing this live on a Cities Sampler (Cities 97, in Minneapolis). It was a very limited CD for charity but if you can find it, pay the insane eBay price & get it.... good video - thanks!
