1:27-Being hopeful isn't what Christianity is all about. It's much more about repentance and faith that Jesus paid our penalty of sin.

FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH, BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD-ROMANS 6:23

Wow, they have couches. That's real reformation isn't it. This is un-biblical madness. God help these poor people.

There is an evangelical semiotic barrier between non-Christians and Christ that is blocking the way. What emergents have done is declare a moratorium on standard rhetoric, not because it's not true, but because it has become needlessly obstructionist. The Son of God clears away these stones and says follow me, uncompromising as ever. The way is still narrow, just not narrow-minded. But emergents do need to beware of pride and license. Uncle Screwtape is not just a fictional character.

No, I don't know him, but I don't think he's gay. He's never said so anyway.

Probably not, most Evangelicals and Youth Group Leaders dress like that... to be "hip" and "trendy", but it mostly comes off looking "gay".

Actually, if they were trying to look "gay" they would more than likely be much better dressed. (not a sarcastic statement)

That has to be the most rediculous video I have ever seen. They said nothing about nothing. Was Christ glorified? To them it is about them and their legacies rather than furthering the Kingdom of God. Repent of your sinfulness, have faith in Jesus Christ, believe in Him and you will be saved. To follow Christ is to deny ourselves and following Christ. This will not be popular even to those like these two heretics. But that is Christianity in its true and raw form. The EC is New Age religion!
