Yes, I also lift weights. Lifting is about 30% of my routine. However, there have been a lot of times over the years that I have used the ball exclusively. Working on the ball is another form of resistance training where the limiting factor is often balance, coordination and core strength. Thanks for you question!

"Consult your physician before beginning this or any other exercise program" .lololol...like I understand it from legal point of view, especially since most of this come from the USA, but fuck me if I should ask my doc about every exercise I'm about to try. I don't even have my physician.
