  • how the heck do you keep the weight off? It doesnt make sense. On the diet, you're consuming about 600-800 calories a day, all of which is liquid. That would send body into starvation mode. When you come off, pretty much no matter what you eat, you will still be consuming more calories than your body is used to. How much did you exersize? Everyday? Was it very gradual? Teach me!!

  • Careful with all that fruit juice. Too much sugar. You're better to eat more veggies and a few whole fruits.

  • actually it's more than 600 it's 1200, which is a normal calorie intake. Really weightloss is as they say, eat less move more. If she continued to do that then the weight will stay off.
