Super 11 / Super Khoumeïssa is Mali's most renowned takamba group from Mali. They are based in Gao.
last January 2008 The Netherlands most renowned worldgroove DJ mps PILOT joined them to start their ambitinous project: FutureTakamba.

No, they are songhai from Gao, and Takamba is the traditional rhythm of Gao's songhai people, not tamasheq music

This is a Tehardent. You forget that these people are tuareg tamsheq people and you say all the names, except the correct name for this video. the tuareg call that tehardent

This is some great Molo playing.  The Songhai call the N'goni "molo" and we the Fulani call it the Hoddu. The Bambara/Mande call it N'goni.
