Do you provide feedback after a phone interview? I mean, do you give an answer back even if the candidate is not adequate for the job offer he/she was been interviewed for?

@diasacc Yes, if it's determined after the phone interview that you're not a fit for the position you interviewed for we will certainly notify you of this once the decision is made. :-)

@13lackhat We try to give candidates as much feedback as we possibly can. :-)

@diasacc We try to get everyone an answer within a week or two, but this can depend on the position and how many people are interviewing.

I applied for an opening at Google two weeks ago. I got the resume-thanks message and since then have been getting nervous every time my phone rings... Somehow I was convinced that a recruiter would call me back right away (silly me ;-). Now tomorrow I will go on vacation, into to the wild! No Internet, no phone. For two weeks 8-/ What if Google tries to call me now, and I'm not there?
