  • @twistedbass15 Well, I am not sure. We would have had to ask Will Durant since he made the comment - I simply took the liberty of posting it for him posthumously - although I do happen to agree with you in that he makes a very good point. Thanks also for your comments.

  • @WickedWisdom990 So if you collect a lot of fantastic stories and put them all together, you would have a best seller on your hands ? You made a very good point thanks

  • @twistedbass15 If that is true...it has been accomplished. However the "fear" is of displeasing the One who created. Referring only to the Bible subject of Jesus; historian Will Durant argued: “That a few simple men should in one generation have invented so powerful and appealing a personality, so lofty an ethic and so inspiring a vision of human brotherhood, would be a miracle far more incredible than any recorded in the Gospels.”

  • @akspartan92 There is no "LAW" of probability...that is why it is call PROBABLE; because it probably might happen but then again not. If you took apart your wristwatch and put the parts in a washtub and shook it around for a 1000 years..would the parts in all "probability" joint together by themselves once again become a functioning watch? Probably not.

  • @akspartan92 I do my own research and believe in nothing. The bible is a supernatural story book to control the masses through fear.

  • @akspartan92 I am referring historically. I agree, Christianity of today is mostly peaceful compared to Islam.

  • @WickedWisdom990 Ya but the universe is so huge that the laws of probability almost require this to happen. The only real dividing line that has been created from this discussion is that you have to ask where the laws of nature came from. Pretty much all other arguments on each side can be answered by the other.

  • @TheSasss1 When did he ever threaten violence? Your missing a huge difference between Islam and christianity in that when a radical christian group does something horrible, christians every where bad mouth them and denounce them. Islamists just turns there shoulder, thus not seperating themselves. I'm not even religious but thats a poor argument.

  • @twistedbass15 Don't get the christmas story that was created from christianity being mixed with paganism in northern europe confused with stuff that the bible actually says. Just a tip, don't believe the zeitgeist movies. The entire religion part in those movies can be easily refuted. Theres million of other arguments you could have made against religion.

  • Where plait tell do these men think Science came from to begin with? Example, our sun is 93 million miles away from earth. Earth orbits this thermonuclear furnace at just the right distance. Too close, and earth’s water would vaporize; too far, and it would all freeze. The sun's core is about 27,000,000 degrees Fahrenheit . If we took a pinhead-sized piece of the sun’s core and put it on the earth, we could not safely stand within 90 miles it! Orchestrated by a higher being or by science?
