    Being careful is so much more important then I knew. Diabetes is not something to play with and if I knew then what I know now I would have never got in trouble. I know this when I'm able to diet again following doctors orders is going to be my new diet plan.

  • Try Weight Watchers! It's a perfect diet plan for diabetics! In order to lose weight and keep it off you must eat balanced meals ie. protein, veggie, starch or bread, yogurt fruit. Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous. Going for regular walk will do it. If you eat too little you'll only gain it back later. You look great! And your hair seems to be retaining length! Just take care of yourself and relax!
