This is called the black snake not Pharaoh snake. It is not made of mercury thiocyanate, it is sodium bicarbonate burning. Note the color and growth of the snake. It is safe to eat it later on.

@tehdoomslaya110 carefull in salt form is more easily adsorbed by the body but it's true thiocyanate is considered toxic and mercury is more bio hazardous than toxic so donc throw that in the sink.

@anax22 Again for like the millionth time thiocyanides are not nearly as toxix as cyanide and wont kill you nor anything that touches it..... and mercury wont kill you in its metal form only its organic form because the body does not take in metals but still advise against it because murcury is fully permiable and in conditions will go into your skin and potentually poisin you (horrid spelling i know)
