I got regular for now. There is a deluxe version, but I didn't feel compelled to get it... I think if I love the program, I will upgrade later :)

Would you do revabs again right after insanity to get your abs that you really want? Is it working? Is it worth the money spent?

@st2675 I actually only did half of Revabs. I did not finish it. But I liked what Brett Hoebel was doing with his motivational talk and the workout itself was good. I just kept getting sidetracked in my life and decided to tackle BBL since it was only 4 weeks. I will do Revabs again someday. Good thing is that anything you buy from BeachBody, you can return within 30 days with a money back guarantee.

I am on my second week of insanity having finished p90x about a month ago. Since you have started rev abs, who is it best for. Is is for someone who already has a low body fat percentage and wants to get a six pack. Does it have alot of cardio. Thanks for all the videos.

You know, I think anyone who wants to really get their mind right as well as their body right for lifelong fitness commitment will enjoy this. I am at an average fitness level and I love it.

Revabs is tame vs. Insanity. If you've done Insanity and you REALLY want to do Revabs get the Deluxe version of revabs, begin at phase 2 (call that phase 1), then do full throttle abs portion of revabs as phase 2. Beyond that, you'll burn VERY little calories per workout in phase 1 vs Insanity

What was your calorie burn in both of the programs? I burned around 1400 on my craziest Insanity days... I'm not looking for the same burn, just really want to get the abcentrics down and get the right mental attitude. I think this program is going to be all about that.
