This video shows how much close the HTC HD2 has come to run Android, almost native. There is no lag of any kind, no G-sensor freeze and it is quite responsive. The ROM on this phone is Qaliza's Desire HD build using the cLK bootloader. Navigation is snappy and battery performance is good.

Almost everything works, no problems with camera at all. This is not a simple mod, it is installation of a Desire HD ROM into HTC HD2, for that you need to follow this, I recommend you start from here: is[dot]gd/bmbn2f
