I hope you're not refering to war, because the war in Croatia was 18 years ago (in 1991), and you make it sound as if it finished yesterday. The war in Croatia took place from 1991 to 1995, but the there was a cease-fire from 1992.

In 1995 there was just one 4 days battle (Operation Stor), which officially ended the war.

The war in Bosnia and Herzegovina was much more brutal and lasted longer, and even Bosnia managed to rebuild itself by now

I though the entourage of cars and limos were bigger than norm why was this does any1 know why it was bigger than the norm because normally you the limo with the president and the lady of the white also a dumpy limo with security guys and 2 vans also a military van with a sub machine gun on board then and ambulance in case of the president getting hurt.
