This is the computer i built for my parrents it was my first time ever doing that , i think it turned out pretty good !! :)

in total about $ 2000 Canadian dollars because we bought everything including the monitor and speakers Everything , but im know for a fact that you can do it cheaper just do some research at your local computer store then youtube the parts you were looking at for reviews !! Good luck to you !!

yeah beleive it or not its for them hahaha my old man wanted a better computer then mine and i guess he got it ! now if i can only get him to game a bit haha , that was my mother playing the card game and yes i thought it was funny too thanks for the comment ! :)

@12345zxcvbnmasdfghjk Did a fast check on Newegg and came up with 1094 and that is without the case, keyboard and mouse. Let's give the case a 200 bucks and we're still only at 1294. Prices have probably gone down since the video was posted ^^ but that is somewhere the whereabouts prices now

@filover1969 Now about 300-400 bucks of that is probably from the razer ripoff equipment.. + 2k dollars? I'm not sure about canada but in the US you can probably get more than that for 2k ^^ either you got rip'd or i dunno xD

since you don't appear to be oc'ing and your parents don't appear to be pushing it that much im guessing the CPU cooler wasn't entirely necessary along with a dedicated graphics card, the mouse and keyboard, in fact for everyday computing a lot of that stuff is unnecessary. i'm by no means saying it's a bad build, it's nice, just a matter of not being NEEDED is all
