The world's largest ex-gay organization, Exodus International tells clients to wear a rubber band on their wrist and snap it when they see someone attractive of the same sex. In this Truth Wins Out PSA, a survivor of rubber band "therapy," Brian Nesbitt, discusses his experience.

Here is what Exodus instructs its clients to do:

"Every time you catch yourself watching someone erotically or engaging in fantasy, snap the band. This will cause a moderate stinging pain, which serves as a shocking reminder of what you are doing. This should help you interrupt the spell."

  • If the man wants to.be with a man and he is of age, the guy is of age and it's consensual, who are we to judge

  • Pretty gay video

  • You are joking? No?

  • he's probably still in the closet. Or he may have been yanking your chain and not really attracted to guys when he was little.

  • Perversion CAN be healed!

I had a friend who was attracted to men only when he was a kid, and he already had gay sex very early. Today he is disgusted by even thinking of it!

I also know two girls who used to be normal but then befriended with a lesbian bitch and became lesbians.

    Desires can be changed.

Homosexuality is a perversion just like being attracted to very old woman or to children (or animals etc).

  • annpetasupporter, regarding your shellfish statement, Hashem gave those Kosher commands to the children of Israel to be set apart and "Kodesh" unto Him. Those dietary laws are also beneficial to anyone as shellfish are bottom feeders and eat waste and most of what they eat is toxic and absorbed into their bodies. The children of Israel were strictly forbidden to eat those types of unclean food. God says what He means and means what He says. If you don't want to obey, then don't

  • annpetasupporter,I believe you are making a generalizing statement when you take these passages out of Torah. You create a pretext when you takje things out of context. Learn some basic Hebrew. Most of these charges were heard through the Beit Din and not just carried out willy-nilly. The passage of talking back to parents has a somewhat different term in hebrew. The child had to actually be physically trying to kill his parents. If you're going to analyze the Torah learn it correctly

  • Not going to have anything to do with the topic here... But it is not harmful, dude. Unless you are literally trying to masterbate every 10 seconds, forcing the band onto your wrist until bleeding. Thats all I need to say, anyways.

Harmful? If it were, it would be widely known. :P
