Ag walks are an excellent finishing element for building support girdle and core strength. They work most effectively when paired with a dynamic strength element such as Germans or Wheels.

The Ag Walk in rear support pushing forward as demonstrated in this video clip is the hardest of the Ag Walk variations. In addition, they can be made exponentially more difficult by restricting the width of the arms with a high bar nylon strap.

  • a good supplement to manna training?

  • Ag walks are an excellent movement for building extending support strength, but will have little transference toward developing a manna.

  • thanx, now ive tried this, its not as hard as i thought it would be, compared to the difficulty of manna (on the rear shoulders and triceps)

  • i do these across the tile in my house with my feet in a cardboard box.
