thanx, now ive tried this, its not as hard as i thought it would be, compared to the difficulty of manna (on the rear shoulders and triceps)

i do these across the tile in my house with my feet in a cardboard box.

Ag walks are an excellent movement for building extending support strength, but will have little transference toward developing a manna.
